Clinical Social Network (CSN) respects the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when visiting our mobile communication application. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy anytime and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating this Privacy Policy “Las Updated” date. You are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed of updates. You will be considered to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of the Application after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party online/mobile store from which you install the Application, including any in-game virtual items, which may also collect and use your data. We are not responsible for any data collected by any such third party.
CSN has been developed by the applicable laws and regulations that govern mobile applications and clinical solutions. These include, but are not limited to, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the 21st Century Cures Act & ONC Information Blocking Regulations, and the Federal Drug & Cosmetic Act. CSN strives to adhere to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct in providing our users with a secure and reliable service.
CSN is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users’ personal information. This Data Sharing Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect data within CSN App. Using the application, the user agrees to the terms and conditions of this policy. We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the Application depends on the content and materials you use and includes:
Demographic and other personally identifiable information (such as your name and email address) that you voluntarily give to us when choosing to participate in various activities related to the Application, such as chatting, posting messages, and responding to surveys, will be accessible to anyone the user authorized. The data collected within the application can be shared with the user network or for data recording for themselves to manage the information.
The information CSN servers automatically collect when the user accesses the application, such as your native actions integral to the application, including chatting, posting, and replying to messages, responding to surveys, including personal health data (Phi), and other interactions with the application and other users via server log files.
All personal details the user provides to our application are safe, private, and secure. CIRACET respects the importance of information security and confidentiality and does not disclose them to outside sources.
CSN collects personal information to improve how we operate and offer our products and services, communicate with you about those products and services, and provide practical, timely customer support when needed. We may collect the following information from our users:

CSN may request access or permission to certain features from the user’s mobile device, including the mobile device's storage. Users may change access or permissions in their device's settings if they wish to change access or permissions.

CSN may request to send push notifications regarding the user or the application. If users wish to opt out of receiving these communications, they may turn them off in their device's and application settings.
Information from third parties, such as health insurance companies, laboratories, and other providers, will be accessed through API technology to enhance the user experience. This third data integration between an insurance system and other suppliers will benefit the user by centralizing all personal health information in one place.
Accurate information about the user allows the application to provide a smooth, efficient, customized experience. Specifically, the application may use information collected about the user to:

CSN believes the release of information about the user is necessary to respond to legal processes, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others; CSN may share user information as permitted or required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation. CSN may share user information with third parties that perform services for CIRACET or their affiliates or on CSN's behalf, including data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service, and marketing assistance.
With your consent, or with an opportunity for you to withdraw consent, we may share your information with third parties for marketing purposes, as permitted by law.
Iteration with other users will be by request. The user will be offered access to view the data he/she selects only. Once the guest user accepts, it does not constitute that the original user has access to view the guest's profile. Iteration is one-sided.
When the user posts comments on the feed, or other content to the application, the posts may be viewed only by authorized users and may be publicly distributed outside the application in perpetuity.
CSN may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when users visit the application. These companies may use information about user visits to the application and other websites contained in web cookies to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
CSN may share the user information with affiliates, in which case CSN will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include our parent company and any subsidiaries, joint venture partners, or other companies we control or are under common control.
CSN may share user information with business partners to offer certain products, services, or promotions.
The application may display a third-party-hosted "offer wall." Such an offer wall allows third-party advertisers to offer users virtual currency, gifts, or other items in return for acceptance and completion of an advertisement offer. Such an offer wall may appear in the application and be displayed based on certain data, such as your geographic area or demographic information. When the user clicks on an offer wall, the user will leave the application. A unique identifier, such as your user ID, will be shared with the offer wall provider to prevent fraud and properly credit your account.
This mechanism is not available for the CSN mobile app.
CSN may share non-identifiable information with advertisers and investors to conduct general business analysis. As the law permits, CSN may also share non-identifiable information with such third parties for marketing or research purposes.
If CSN reorganizes or sells all or a portion of our assets, undergoes a merger, or is acquired by another entity, CSN may transfer the user information to the successor entity. If CSN goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, the user information would be an asset transferred or acquired by a third party. The user acknowledges that such transfers may occur and that the transferee may decline to honor CSN's commitments in this Privacy Policy.
CSN implements reasonable security measures to protect user data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, please note that no method of transmission or storage over the Internet is entirely secure, and CSN cannot guarantee the absolute security of the user data. CSN is not responsible for the actions of third parties with whom you share personal or sensitive data and has no authority to manage or control third-party solicitations. If the user no longer wishes to receive correspondence, emails, or other communications from third parties, the user is responsible for contacting the third party directly.
CSN may use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, and other tracking technologies to help customize the Application and improve the user experience. When the user accesses the Application, the personal information is not collected using tracking technology. Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can remove or reject cookies, but be aware that such action could affect the availability and functionality of the Application. The user may not decline web beacons. However, they can be rendered ineffective by declining all cookies or modifying your web browser's settings to notify each time a cookie is tendered, permitting the user to accept or decline cookies individually.
Additionally, CSN may use third-party software to serve ads on the Application, implement email marketing campaigns, and manage other interactive marketing initiatives. This third-party software may use cookies or similar tracking technology to help manage and optimize your online experience with us.
CSN may also partner with selected third-party vendors, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and others, to allow tracking technologies and remarketing services on the Application through the use of first-party cookies and third-party cookies, to, among other things, analyze and track users' use of the Application, determine the popularity of certain content, and better understand online activity. By accessing the Application, the user consents to collecting and using the information by these third-party vendors. The user is encouraged to review their privacy policy and contact them directly for responses to their questions. CSN does not transfer personal data to these third-party vendors. However, if you do not want any information to be collected and used by tracking technologies, you can install and or update your settings for one of the following:
The user should know that getting a new computer, installing a new browser, upgrading an existing browser, or erasing or otherwise altering your browser's cookies files may also clear certain opt-out cookies, plug-ins, or settings.
The Application may contain links to third-party websites and applications of interest, including advertisements and external services, which are / or are not affiliated with us. Once you have used these links to leave the Application, this Privacy Policy does not cover any information you provide to these third parties. Before visiting and providing any information to any third-party websites, the user should be informed of the privacy policies and practices (if any) of the third party responsible for that website and should take the steps necessary to, at user discretion, protect the privacy of the information. CSN is not responsible for any third-party content or privacy and security practices and policies, including other sites, services, or applications that may be linked to or from the Application.
CIRACET, Corp is a Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) Compliance Certified Company. CIRACET, Corp. uses administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect the user’s personal information. CSN has authentication methods to keep personal information safe; no one can access the data. We also carry out regular backups to ensure health information confidentiality, integrity, and availability in compliance with HIPAA and its associated regulations. To ensure the safety of personal information, all health information the users provide is encrypted using industry-standard encryption algorithms and mechanisms. Also, the application conducts periodic testing and verification of backup integrity and recoverability to ensure the effectiveness of the backup process. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information the user provides, despite CIRACET, Corp. efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security if you provide personal information.
If CIRACET, Corp., or CSN experiences a breach of unsecured protected health information, we will notify the affected users and the Secretary of Health and Human Services as required by the HIPAA Breach Notification Rule. A breach is defined as an impermissible use or disclosure of protected health information that compromises the privacy or security of the information. We will make every reasonable effort to notify the affected users without unreasonable delay and in no case later than 60 days after the discovery of the breach. The notification will include a brief description of what happened, the types of information involved, the steps we are taking to mitigate the harm and prevent future breaches, and the contact information for further inquiries. We will also post a notice on our website and notify prominent media outlets if the breach affects more than 500 users. This policy is aligned with the Information Technology Policy established by CIRACET Corp. and applies to all their products, and services.

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting the user can activate to signal their privacy preference not to have data about their online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

Upon the user’s request to terminate their account, Clinical SN will deactivate or delete the account and information from the active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce our Terms of Use, and comply with legal requirements. The information will be retained securely, with authorized personnel only having access. Once the retention period has elapsed, the information will be confidentially destroyed. This ensures compliance with the Data Protection laws and the duty of confidentiality Clinical SN owes to our users.
